Shea butter

Shea butter
Description
Shea butter is obtained by cold-pressing the nuts of the African plant Vitellaria Paradoxa, also known as the "Tree of Health." It has a wide range of uses and moisturizes and softens the skin. On the face, it combats expression lines, and on the body, it promotes circulation. Its healing and soothing properties make it effective for minor burns, bruises, and muscle and joint pain. During pregnancy, shea butter prevents and reduces stretch marks on the abdomen and breasts, and during breastfeeding, it soothes sore nipples. It also protects delicate baby skin from redness and irritation caused by diaper changes. It is also perfect as a hair mask for dry and damaged hair. It softens and cleanses the scalp in cases of dryness, irritation, dermatitis, or dandruff.
